There are a lot of great fall festivities going on Lloyd Family Farms in Rockville, VA this autumn. Save money on them with a discounted family fun package.
And it is fitting that the discounted package is called a family fun package, because Lloyd Family Farms is (see it in the name?) a family farm. It is a local farm in the Richmond area that is owned and operated by 3rd and 4th generation Lloyd family members. And while they’ve been around a long time, Lloyd Family Farms is still expanding what they do. For example, starting in the fall of 2013, they opened to the public with their first pumpkin patch.
And now you can enjoy this pumpkin patch this year! It opens on Friday, September 25, 2026. The pumpkin patch will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through Saturday, October 31st, 2026. It will also be open on Monday, October 12th, 2026. The hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This is a great place to go to pick out a pumpkin for a jack-o-lantern. Or you could get a pumpkin to make pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin soup, pumpkin curry, etc. Pumpkins are $0.89 per pound.
Lloyd Family Farms also has a lot of fun fall activities. There’s a corn maze. You and your family can enjoy a fun hayride. Other fun activities include a corn crib, yard games, a straw castle with pipe slides, a giant jump pad, a kids play area, and a sand pile.
You also get access to the farm’s animals, too. This event features an interactive barnyard meet-and-greet.
There are also activities that are available for an extra cost, such as pony rides and and face painting. But everything else is included in the cost of a ticket.
And if you want to save money on this ticket, then keep reading.
