Winter WonderFest in Chicago 2025
Looking for a great way to spend the Christmas and holiday season in Chicago, Illinois? Then head to the Navy Pier for Winter WonderFest! It begins on December 5, 2025, and will run through January 4, 2026. It opens at 10 am each day and closing time will vary.
Winter Wonderfest will be giving Chicago families and friends 30 days of holiday fun! Wander through twinkling light displays, playful holiday decor and a glittering forest of decorated trees with the centerpiece being a 42 foot holiday tree.
Winter Wonderfest Activities include
- One ride on Navy Pier’s Centennial Ferris Wheel which ascends 200 feet in an enclosed gondola
- Over 10 exciting rides and attractions, including electric bumper cars, the Arctic Explorer Train and bounce houses
- Santa will be at Navy Pier’s Family Pavilion beginning at 12 pm each day. Professional Photo Packages will be available for purchase.
- Polar Extreme Obstacle Course
- Arctic Arcade includes hockey and basketball shoot outs
- Winter Wonder Stage with performances by local artists
- Ice Skating is available for an additional charge
- Over 30 dining opportunities with diverse cuisines
- Cliffhanger/Zero Gravity
- Winter Fireworks
