Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is one of my favorite holiday events anywhere! I’m so glad it will be back at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World this year. (To find out more about the Halloween party, click here for a full 2023 guide. And if you haven’t gotten your party tickets yet, click here to get a discount.)

I’m especially excited for the new specialty food offerings at the party this year! Now, you can trick or treat during the party and get free candy, which is definitely a great perk. But for an additional cost, you can also order some extra special Disney and Halloween themed treats at various restaurants throughout the park. (The Hocus Pocus themed options may be my favorite!)

Let’s take a look at these fun holiday food options at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party in 2023. And if you’ll be visiting Magic Kingdom during regular park hours this fall, you’ll be happy to know that many of these menu items will also be available during the day! Other Dining Options

Are you looking for more dining options during the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Disney World? There are a few other choices to consider.

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party

This is a dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant. You get to enjoy dessert-type food options (chocolate-dipped strawberries, devil’s chocolate mousse, cheeses, and more) as well as wine and beer. And when it’s time for the fireworks, you’ll either stay at the Tomorrowland Terrace or head to the Plaza Garden for a special reserved viewing area.

If this is something you and/or your family would like to do, make sure to reserve your spot beforehand. You can make reservations through the Walt Disney World website. Please note that this special dining event is not included with Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets – you’ll need to purchase it separately.

Table Service Restaurants

If you’d like to enjoy a nice, sit down meal during the party, you can eat at Be Out Guest restaurant or at Cinderella’s Royal Table. These popular restaurants are fixed-price – you pay one fee for your appetizer, entree and dessert. Both are held inside castles (the Beast’s castle and the larger Cinderella Castle).

Advanced reservations are strongly encouraged. Find out the advantages and disadvantages of Disney World advanced dining reservations here. And check out our guide for making Disney restaurant reservations here.

Please note that these meals are memorable experiences, but they are not necessarily quick. They will cut in to your party time, which means you’ll have less time to watch the shows, parade, visit the dance parties, etc. Make sure to keep this in mind when making your plans.
