Sleepy Hollow is a quick-service restaurant in the Liberty Square section of Magic Kingdom park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. My family really likes Sleepy Hollow, but the restaurant is not without limitations. We want to discuss what we like, as well as what we don’t like, in our Sleepy Hollow review.
What We Like
- Delicious food: The waffles and funnel cakes are really delicious here.
- Mickey-Shaped Waffles: I love Mickey waffles, so I love that they don’t just have waffles here, but Mickey-shaped waffles!
- Views of Cinderella’s Castle: Some seats have great views of Cinderella’s Castle.
- Views of the fireworks: You can get obstructed views of the nighttime fireworks show & the projections on Cinderella’s Castle from here. You won’t be able to see everything, but you won’t have to wait around a long time and you’ll have a seat.
- Great Location: Its location in Liberty Square is close to lots of top attractions in Disney World, which makes it convenient during your day.
- Seasonal Treats: They have great seasonal treats throughout the year.
What We Don’t Like
- Seating is outdoors: The seating is outdoors, so it can be hot during the day. It is also less than ideal when it rains, which happens a lot in Florida.
- Limited menu: The menu is very limited. There really aren’t too many full meals here, which can be a negative if that’s what you are looking for. Sleepy Hollow’s menu consists of mostly waffles and funnel cakes along with corn dogs. It might be harder to get everyone in the family on board here because with limited options, someone in your family may not like anything here.
- Uncomfortable chairs: The chairs are individual stool seats without backs to them, which can be uncomfortable, especially if your back is already hurting from walking all day.
