The Haunted Shack began as a 600 sq. ft. small haunted house held in the basement of a local fire hall. Each year, it grew and grew. Now it features a Haunted Shack, a Hayride, a Corn Field Trail and a Maze of Terror. Over 5,000 people attended last year’s Haunted Shack.
The Haunted Shack can best be described as a volunteer run haunted attraction. No one gets a salary. Everyone is a volunteer.
Each year they hold out some of the profits to add to the next year’s attraction. The rest of the proceeds go to local charities, like Coats for Kids, the Special Olympics and the local food bank.
If you’re craving an adrenaline rush, the Haunted Shack is the place to go. Spooky adventures will come to life with interactive storytelling.
From the eerie “Helivator” to the Maze of Terror, the lines will begin to blur between reality and fantasy. You’ll get to the point of constantly questioning what is real and what is animated.
So step into the shadows and brace yourself for a spine chilling experience! You’ll scream your head off and have so much fun doing it!
The Haunted Shack will be open on the following dates:
- October 10 – 12, 16 – 18 and 23 – 25
- Friday & Saturday – 7 pm to 10 pm
- Sunday & Thursday – 7 pm to 9 pm
