Do you want to know how to get the cheapest flights from Chicago to…well…anywhere?
This may seem like a complex question, but the answer is actually quite simple: Skyscanner.
Skyscanner has the best tool to help people looking to travel out of Chicago to anywhere in the world and pay the least amount of money.
So how do I get cheap flights out of Chicago?
- Click here. You should see this:
- Keep Chicago O’Hare International in the box marked “From” and for the box marked “To”, leave that blank.
By leaving “To” blank, you’re telling Skyscanner to search everywhere.
- For depart & return, enter either when you want to travel.
You can choose specific dates, you can also click on “whole month” if you have a specific month you want to travel (like August) or “cheapest month” if you haven’t decided when you want to travel.
- Under “Cabin Class & Travelers”, enter how many people you want to be taking this flight
Include yourself, of course!
- Click “Search flights”.
Now you should see multiple countries shown, like the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Canada, Honduras, US Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, Iceland, etc. If you click on the country (like the United States), you’ll see different cities sorted by cheapest to most expensive.
This is an absolutely essential tool when you are planning a vacation!
