Are you looking to take a cruise in the upcoming year?   Are you planning a family vacation with kids?  Then you need to consider taking a Princess Cruise!  Because these are great cruises for kids.  And you can save a lot of money with their current Kids Sail Free Promotion!

Are Princess Cruises Kid Friendly?

One thing parents have to take into account when they plan a cruise is whether or not a cruise line is kid-friendly.  Some cruises are more geared towards adults and therefore may not be much fun for children.

Luckily, that is absolutely not the case with Princess Cruises.  Princess Cruises has great programs for their kid travelers.  In fact, they recently won “Best Cruise Line for Multi-Generational Family Travel” in the Porthole Cruise Magazine 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards.

There are lots of things kids and adults can enjoy together on the cruise.  For example, through their partnership with Discovery, Princess Cruises have activities featuring hit shows such as Shark Week and Finding Bigfoot.  Kids and adults can have fun on the Reef Family Splash Zone onboard the Caribbean Princess Cruise Lines.  It has an interactive splash pad, oversized backyard games, and mocktails, so plenty of fun for kids and adults.

But there are also places for kids to have fun with other kids.  And that is with the kids and teen clubs.

Camp Discovery Youth & Teen Clubs

The kid and teen clubs are a great way for kids and teens to have some fun and get to know kids their own ages.

There are three different clubs based on your child’s age.

The Treehouse

The Treehouse is for guests ages three years old to seven years old.  It has lots of hands-on activities and programs in a fun, whimsical environment.  It is a forest-themed center where they’ll be surrounded by decorations of great creatures.

The Lodge

The Lodge is for children ages eight years old to twelve years old.  This area is inspired by the great outdoors.  It features comfortable places for kids to lounge and hang out plus sports activities.

The Beach House

This is the club for teens on the cruise. The Beach House is for guests ages thirteen to seventeen years old and as the name would imply, it has a contemporary beach theme.  It is a great place for teens to socialize with each other.
