If you’re visiting San Antonio, Texas for the weekend and have just two days to enjoy San Antonio, you may be wondering how you should make your itinerary.  Well, a perfect trip for me would be one where you can explore San Antonio, Texas and get a taste of the city’s rich culture and history – and one where you can enjoy one of the best theme parks in the country!  So I made a 2-day itinerary like this:

Day 1: San Antonio Super Saver Tour

This is where you can get a real taste for the culture and history that make San Antonio, Texas so special.  The San Antonio Super Savor Tour includes a hop-on, hop-off bus where you can stop at San Antonio’s top attractions.  You’ll get commentary while you’re on the bus so you’ll be able to learn so much about the city.  You’ll also get 360-degree views of the city if you sit at the top of the double-decker bus and you’ll be able to get great views of the Alamo (not to mention great photo opportunities!).  Not only that, but for one low price, you’re able to get admission to the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Buckhorn Saloon, and Texas Ranger Museum so you’re able to explore them at your own pace.  You can also take a Rio Cruise boat tour on the River Walk.

Day 2: SeaWorld San Antonio

If you have kids, this is, in some ways, their “reward” for not acting up more during tours from the day before, and if you don’t have kids, it’s a good day to relax and have fun!  But that’s not to say a trip to SeaWorld is just fun – it’s actually incredibly educational and I’m always able to answer more questions on Jeopardy after I visit there, at the very least.  SeaWorld San Antonio has a wonderful mix of animal attractions, educational experiences and fun thrill rides that can make for a wonderful day for all ages. And you can get great deals by looking on their website.
