Spring is here, and that is a great time to visit Busch Gardens theme park in Williamsburg, Virginia. And not just because of the beautiful flowers blooming. It is also a wonderful time for families to visit because of the wonderful children’s activities they have going!
Busch Gardens Williamsburg is holding Sesame Street Kids Weekends. Each weekend has a different theme. And there are fun special activities taking place during the Sesame Street Kids Weekends.
We’re going to tell you all about the themes and activities. And then we will tell you how you can save money on a ticket!
Themes
Julia & Friends Weekend
April is Autism Acceptance Month, so it is only fitting that during the weekend in April, Busch Gardens focuses on Julia. Julia is an awesome 4-year-old who lives on Sesame Street and has autism. She shows children that we’re all a little different but we can share in the same joy of play and friendship.
Kids can dance, draw and have fun with Julia along with her friends like Abby Cadabby. Your child can also get their picture taken with her in her garden in Sesame Street Forest of Fun. You can also enjoy a special story time with Julia and her friend Elmo.
Julia & Friends Weekend runs from April 1, 2022, through April 3, 2022.
Everyday Heroes Weekend
Super Grover helps this celebration that honors the best heroes of all – the everyday heroes. This weekend includes special arts and crafts, a special storytime with Super Grover, and more. It runs from April 8, 2022, through April 10, 2022.
