Every June 23rd, Puerto Ricans celebrate la Noche de San Juan. This is the eve of the celebration of the birth of St. John the Baptist, which takes place on June 24th. And if you are in Tampa, Florida in the days leading up to Noche de San Juan this year, there is a great Noche de San Juan celebration going on And that is the Noche De San Juan Celebration at Adventure Island Waterpark!
Adventure Island’s Noche De San Juan Celebration takes place the weekend before Noche de San Juan, on Saturday June 20, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Even though it is at night, it is a family event you can take your kids to.
And they should have fun, as lot of the same attractions you can enjoy at Adventure Island during the day will be open:
- Caribbean Corkscrew
- Wahoo! Remix
- Colossal Curl
- Aruba Tuba
- Paradise Lagoon
- Rapids Racer
- Vanish Point
- Riptide
- Calypso Coaster
- Lazy Rivers
But that’s not all you’ll find at Adventure Island during the event. Popular DJ’s from Rumba 95.3 & 102.9 will be in attendance, so you can hear some great music, dance, and celebrate! Food, drink, and merchandise will also be available for purchase.
Since this is a special event, regular admission (including membership and fun cards) to Adventure Island cannot get you into the event. You’ll need to purchase a separate event ticket; you can purchase the special event ticket here.
