Tour Itinerary

This small group tour will leave out of Cebu City and Lapu-Lapu City on Cebu Island in the Philippines.  The tour begins with a hotel pick up and then travel to the iconic World Heritage spot, Oslob.  You’ll see stunning vistas along this scenic drive.  Your professional guide can tell you about the lovely sights you’re seeing.

You’ll receive snorkeling gear and life vests.  With expert guidance and a focus on responsible tourism, you’ll get in the water and marvel at the whale sharks.

These magnificent creatures average between 18 and 32 feet (5.5 to 9.8 m).  The gentle giants are not aggressive and don’t threaten humans.  Watch as they gracefully glide through the turquoise waters.

After this awesome experience, you’ll resume your journey.  You’ll travel to Moalboal, known for its spectacular Sardine Run, coral reef and vibrant marine life.

Again you’ll go snorkeling and this time you’ll see the spectacle of thousands and thousands of sardines swirling in unison.  Watch as a seemingly infinite flashing silver school of small fish create spherical shapes known as bait balls. These shimmering silver sardines against a cerulean background create the most gorgeous sight imaginable!

And there’s more – a reef with colorful corals and a wide variety of fish and marine life.  You’ll also encounter graceful sea turtles swimming in their aquatic realm.

During the tour, there will be a stop at a local restaurant for lunch (own expense) and 2 stops for snacks.  If time and weather permit, there will be a stop at a beautiful waterfall on the return trip.

You’ll need to bring swimwear, towels and a waterproof camera.
