The 11th annual La Poutine Week returns to Vancouver with a change. This year it will run two weeks, from February 1 to February 14, 2023.
The Festival features poutine dishes submitted by restaurants and bars. It is the largest poutine festival in Canada with hundreds of participating restaurants. They will offer their best versions or wildest versions of poutine.
Some poutine dishes are made with tater tots and others are topped with butter chicken or duck. Poutines are topped with slow roasted pork, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit and even lobster. You can find vegetarian, vegan and gluten free poutines. There are lots of creative and indulgent takes on this cheesy dish.
