Founded in New York City in 2011, French Restaurant Week has become a beloved culinary event with thousands of diners.  The mission is to honor French gastronomy and culture by giving diners an authentic French dining experience.

Exclusive prix fixe menus are crafted by participating chefs.  These meals feature traditional and modern French favorites, including French Onion Soup, Escargot, Foie Gras au Torchon, Braised Rabbit, Duck Leg Confit, Moules Frites, Homemade Ice Cream, Choux and Fondant au Chocolat.

French Restaurant Week is the first two weeks in July, ending on July 14, 2024, which is Bastille Day, the French National Day.  Enjoy Pre-Fixe meals.  Lunch will be $45 and dinner will be $60.

Enjoy a taste of France at Gaby Brasserie in Sofitel New York.  The restaurant features magnifique contemporary French cuisine and classic cocktails.

French Restaurant Week Dinner Menu

Starters – Choice of

  • Soupe à l’Oignon Gratinée
  • Mediterranean Watermelon Salad with watermelon, arugula, cucumbers, olives, red onion, feta, and red wine vinaigrette
  • Pâté en Croûte with Dijon pickled stone fruit and greens

Entree – Choice of

  • Cheese Ravioli with summer courgettes, light tomato sauce, and fresh basil oil
  • Poulet Rôti with organic half roasted chicken, accoutrements, and jus
  • New England Branzini with braised fennel, leek-crusted potato, and beurre blanc

Dessert – Choice of

  • Vegan Chocolate Mousse with seasonal berries
  • Lemon Tart with buttery shortbread filled with lemon curd
  • Crème Brûlée

Pricing is $60 per person.
