It’s time for different worlds to collide.  It’s time for Pinstripe Nation to unite with Jedis, Siths, Rebel Alliance members, Wookies, Imperials, and more.

This of course can only mean one thing.  And that is that the New York Yankees Star Wars Night is quickly approaching!

The annual NY Yankee’s Star Wars Night takes place at a regular season game.  It just has a Star Wars twist.

It takes place on Saturday, May 2, 2026.  That seems fitting because it is two days before May the 4th, a.k.a. Star Wars Day!

And this is great for Star Wars fans.  It means you can meet up with other fellow Star Wars fans on the big day at one of your favorite places, Yankee Stadium, over in the Bronx!

And if that alone isn’t incentive enough to go, remember, you’ll get to watch the Yankees play baseball, and they’re pretty good at that, don’t you think?  It should be a good game as they are set to take on the Baltimore Orioles.  The first pitch will be at 1:35 PM (so I guess I should really call it the Yankees Star Wars Day, huh?).

Oh, and let me give you another reason to not only go, but get there early.  The first 18,000 guests in attendance will get a free Max Fried Mandalorian Bobblehead!

What to Wear to the Game

So now the next question is what to wear to the game.  You can go all out and wear a Star Wars costume.  If you don’t already have one, you can find a Star Wars costume here.
