Scott’s Yankee Farmer is a family-owned-and-operated farm on Boston Post road in East Lyme, Connecticut. This is convenient to New London, Norwich, Hartford, etc. The farm has over 100 acres of land. It is a wonderful place to go during the fall.
One of those reasons is their corn maze! Scott’s Yankee Farmer has a pirate treasure-themed corn maze! What I mean by that is that the cornfields were sculpted into a maze that is the shape of pirate treasures. And now you and your family or friends can have fun trying to make your way out of the maze.
Another fun thing to do during the fall at Scott’s Yankee Farmer is pick apples. You can pick your very own apples and then use them to make apple pie, apple cobbler, apple crisps, applesauce, etc.
Here are the days and hours available for apple picking and the corn maze.
- Monday, Thursday & Friday: Open 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: Open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
It is not open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
But apple picking and the pirate treasure corn maze aren’t the only things going on at Scott’s Yankee Farmer. They also have wagon rides!
