The Rocky Top Mountain Coaster is the first coaster in the world to have four uplifts. Located on more than 20 acres, this is the longest coaster in East Tennessee. It is a combination of a roller coaster and a toboggan sled. The sled is securely attached to steel rails.
Hop into the cart, sit back and get ready for a hair raising, adrenaline-pumping ride. You can control the speed and the cart can go up to 30 miles per hour. The Mountain Coaster has 4 climbs and 4 sheer drops. It’s sure to take your breath away! You’ll go through 4 different themed tunnels. There may even be some surprises as you travel the track. Enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountains scenery as you go. This is a great family fun attraction. It’s a blast for all ages from three to ninety-three.
Be sure to go back for another ride at night. The track will be lit with beautiful multi-colored lights. After dark, it’s a combination of a thrill ride and a light show.
