And that is what you’ll get at the West Houston Food Truck Festival and a lot more.
The West Houston Food Truck Festival is coming to Temple Sinai at 13875 Brimhurst Drive on April 24, 2022. It begins at noon and will last until 4 pm. Be sure to come hungry and thirsty and be prepared to have a lot of fun.

The Food Truck Festival’s food trucks include
The Waffle Bus
The Waffle Bus features waffles, wings, fried chicken and savory and sweet waffle sandwiches. It was voted “2014 Houston’s Favorite Food Truck” by My Table Magazine Culinary Awards.
It’s A Wrap
Their overstuffed wraps include a veggie wrap, chicken adobo wrap, Buffalo chicken wrap and meatloaf wrap. The sides are crispy fried tater tots and mac and cheese.
Curbside D’Lish
They are the creators of the TEX-ified Poutine Style Fries. Their menu also includes tacos, quesadillas and rice bowls.
The DoughCone
Their dough cones are made from an old Eastern European recipe. They’re dusted with cinnamon sugar, lined with Nutella or Biscoff Cookie Butter and filled with homemade Vanilla Bean ice cream.
American Lobster & Seafood
Enjoy seafood in salads, soups, appetizers, classic favorites and entrees.
Just from those five food trucks, you can see what a wide variety of dishes you’ll have to enjoy at the festival. And just wait and see what the many other food trucks will be offering.
Wine and beer will be available for purchase by those 21+. DJs will be there spinning the hits.
Children 12 and under will be admitted free of charge. The festival will have two bounce houses. Children’s activities include a face painter, balloon artist and a petting zoo.
So come, eat and drink. Hang out with your friends or make new friends. And just before the festival ends, you can buy take out and that will be your supper for a cooking free day.
