Let’s face it. Orlando, Florida can get very hot. A day at SeaWorld Orlando theme park is a lot of fun. But you can get overheated, and fast.
But there is one way you can cool down. And at the same time, you can eat something delicious. And that place is Edy’s Ice Cream Parlor.
Edy’s Ice Cream Parlor is a new dining establishment at SeaWorld Orlando. You can find it at the front of the theme park.
When you walk inside, you can get in line to order your ice cream.
You have a lot of great options to choose from!
They have fourteen flavors of hand-dipped Edy’s Ice Cream, monster shakes, specialty shakes, and brownie sundaes. These include Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, Butter Pecan, Dulce de Leche, Espresso Chip, Rocky Road, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Cup, Rainbow Sherbert, Double Fudge Brownie, and Lemon Sorbet.
There are also lots of toppings you can order here. These include Oreo Pieces, Waffle Pieces, M&Ms, chocolate sprinkles, rainbow sprinkles, and peanut butter chips.
I have always loved Sundaes, so my sister and I shared one of their brownie sundaes. It had two scoops of vanilla ice cream.
We were incredibly hot and wanted to get inside, but unfortunately there are no tables inside Edy’s Ice Cream. There are, however, next door at Coaster Coffee. Coaster Coffee is also new at SeaWorld Orlando and serves coffees and pastries; you can read our review of Coaster Coffee here. My mom had bought a drink there so we ate at one of their tables.
I will probably sound like I am exaggerating, but I am honestly not when I say this is one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. I loved it so much! All of it was really good. Loved the ice cream. I think the brownie, though was my favorite part. And everything tasted so good together.
So next time your family visits SeaWorld, make sure you visit Edy’s Ice Cream! Just note, though, it doesn’t open until 12:00 PM (right when it starts getting really hot in Orlando!).
