The Japan-America Society of Houston has announced the return of the Japanese Festival of Houston after a four year pandemic hiatus. This will mark the 30th anniversary of the Japanese Garden and the 50th anniversary of the Houston-Chibo Sister City relationship. These milestones will be celebrated with great entertainment, cultural offerings and delicious food.

This annual celebration of Japanese culture will be held in Hermann Park on May 6 and 7, 2023. This event is free and open to the public.

Japanese Festival Houston is a celebration of the rich cultural heritage of Japan. This is a great forum to exchange ideas and to recognize achievements and contributions of the Japan American community.
