It’s that wonderful time of year again, and you know what that means. No, I don’t mean Halloween. I mean it is time to get the family together to go visit Pettit Creek Farms in Cartersville, Georgia for their Pumpkin Fest!
The Pumpkin Fest is an annual event that runs from late September through October 31st. It takes place at Pettit Creek Farms near Atlanta, Georgia. And it is a wonderful fall event the whole family, adults and kids alike, can enjoy.
There is a 2-acre corn maze you can try to make your way through. You can also get on a hay wagon and take part in a hayride around the farm. You’ll be able to get wonderful scenic farm views and take in the fall air.
Plus, there is a petting zoo with more than 20 different kinds of animals. So you can get up close to such animals as a giraffe, camel, or sheep! And you can take a pony ride or a camel ride. Please note, however, that camel rides are not available on October 9-10 or on October 16-17th.

Please note that dogs are not allowed at this festival.
