One reason I love traveling to Orlando, Florida is because even there are so many activities there that can make you feel like you’ve entered into another world. Whether that is a make-believe world (like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando or Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney World) or a real world (like the Wild Arctic at SeaWorld), these are places that you can immerse yourself in that are seemingly or actually impossible to visit in real life.
And this is what you can get when you visit Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition in Orlando, Florida. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time to April 1912 when the Titanic first set sail.
Part of why you’ll feel like you are really there is because there are full-scale recreations of the Titanic there. This includes rooms as well as the famous Grand Staircase and the Promenade Deck. Let’s face it, this is a big deal if you are like me and love the movie Titanic.
But that’s not the only reason you’ll feel like you’re really there. Costumed actors also help set the mood. They’ll also help you learn a lot by telling you interesting stories and facts about the famous doomed voyage. You’ll also learn a lot from the 300 artifacts from the Titanic on display.
Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition also has a great location on International Drive. It is near other attractions. It is within walking distance of a number of hotels, including the Avanti Palms Resort and Conference Center. That’s a hotel my family recently stayed in and enjoyed. You can also easily visit the attraction by taking the i-Ride Trolley (you can get a discount i-Ride Trolley ticket here).
So naturally visiting this museum makes a great addition to a trip. Especially when you find out how you can save money on your ticket!
