Yesterday, we talked about the upcoming Mardi Gras event at Busch Gardens Williamsburg theme park in our Busch Gardens Mardi Gras Guide.
But one thing we want to talk more about are the food and drinks. We want to give you a quick overview of the event’s menu for 2026.
They have a special menu during the festival. There are over 40 menu items spread over eight different special locations throughout the park.
And it is quite a menu, as you are about to see for yourself.
BGW Mardi Gras Menu
1. Clancy’s Cajun Creations (Ireland)
- Cajun Spiked Lemonade: House-made lemonade mixed with Pimm’s No1, Bacardi rum, and Tabasco.
- Crawfish Étouffée: Crawfish tails served over rice and smothered in a rich Cajun-spiced sauce.
- Fried Okra: Served with Creole mayo dipping sauce.
- Catfish Po’boy: Fried catfish fillet layered with tomato, lettuce, and remoulade on a French baguette.
- Cajun Hushpuppies: Cheddar hushpuppies paired with spicy Cajun tartar sauce.
- Seafood Gumbo: A Creole-spiced stew featuring chicken, crab, andouille sausage, and shrimp served with rice.
- Red Beans & Rice: Steamed rice served with red beans simmered in a Cajun broth.

2. Grogan’s Pub (Ireland)
- Shrimp & Grits Casserole: Creamy, cheesy grits baked to perfection with bacon, shrimp & jalapeño
- Hurricane: Orange and pineapple juices blended with Bacardi rum.
- French 75: Prosecco, lemon, and Bombay gin.
- King Cake Shot: Fireball whisky and RumChata in a shot glass with a colorful sugar rim.
3. Café Lulu (France)
- Passionfruit Hurricane: Passionfruit blended with Bacardi™ rum.
- Beignets: Deep fried French fritter pockets dusted with powdered sugar, served plain or with a choice of caramel, chocolate, or raspberry drizzle.

4. Creole Grill: Trapper’s Smokehouse (New France)
- Mardi Gras Corn: Peppers, onions, corn and bacon reduced with cream.
- Chicken Andouille Gumbo: Spicy sausage and shredded chicken in a Creole-spiced stew served over rice.
- Vegetable Gumbo: A rich, soul-warming stew of tender red beans, sweet corn, okra, sweet corn, and roasted sweet potatoes, served over a bed of fluffy white rice.
- Fried Green Tomato Po’Boy: Fried green tomatoes with Cajun slaw and avocado aioli.
- Blackened Chicken: Boldly seasoned chicken served with a refreshing sweet pepper salsa.
- Cajun Shrimp Boil: Cajun Spiced Peel & Eat Shrimp with corn and red potatoes.

8. Bourbon Street Treats (New!)

- Shrimp Salad Po’Boy: Boldly seasoned shrimp tossed in a creamy Creole dressing, served on a toasted baguette with lettuce and tomatoes.
- Gator Bites: Tender, hand-breaded alligator bites served with a side of a creole dipping sauce.
- Cajun Mac & Cheese: Cajun seasoned with andouille sausage and shrimp.
- Beignet: Deep fried French fritter pocket with a dusting of powdered sugar.
