Black Tap Craft Burgers & Bar
Black Tap Craft Burgers & Bar is a new take on a classic burger joint with a downtown vibe.
Black Tap is introducing the Juicy Lucy with a wagyu patty. The toppings include sprout slaw, crispy shallots and creamy peppercorn sauce. With that you can try the BBQ seasoned fried Brussels sprouts served with a side of hollandaise sauce.
And chilly days require hot chocolate, they just do. The rim is coated with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings. You owe yourself a Christmas treat!
Close Company
Close Company is in Via Via Food Hall. It is mixing up 4 holiday cocktails:
- Cranberry Rickey made with vodka, gin, orange, cranberry and soda water
- Elk River Sour is a mulled wine float.
- Somerset Wassail is made with Tequila, apple cider, pear, cinnamon and honey.
- Peppermint Nog with creme de cacao, cognac, peppermint, cream, milk and eggs
Gjelina
Gjelina features seasoned ingredients and a menu of Italian and Mediterranean dishes. They are offering a special holiday prix fixe menu. You’ll start the meal with Tai Snapper and pomegranate aguachile or Beef Carpaccia with caper aioli. Enjoy winter favorites of Roasted Rainbow Carrots and Little Gem Salad. For your main course you can choose Dungeness Crab Fettuccini, Brangirio with braised cannellini beans or a Bone-In Dry Aged Ribeye with herb porcini butter. End with gelato, sorbet or a Basque Cheesecake.
Buddy V’s Ristorante
Buddy V’s Ristorante features casual dining and authentic Italian cuisine. Their 3 Course Prix Fixe menu for Christmas Day includes
Starters
- Pear & Gorgonzola Salad with baby greens, pomegranate seeds and candied pecans with white balsamic vinaigrette
Entree
- Slow Braised Veal Osso Buco with crispy gnocchi, roasted carrots, cippolini onion and au jus
Dessert
- Almond & Raspberry “Regalo”
WAKUDA
Make a toast to the holidays with Apple Cider at WAKUDA. It’s made with Barber Lee apple brandy, Cointreau, favorite spice and fresh lemon. It will be available all December.
WAKUDA’s chef has prepared a Japanese take on a Black Forest Cake that has layers of chocolate sponge cake, cherry sauce, roasted green tea cream and chocolate crumble.
HaSalon
HaSalon celebrates elevated Mediterranean cuisine. The chef at HaSalon has created special latkes for the holidays. Latkes are potato patties fried until golden brown and crispy.
During December, you can enjoy three different styles of latkes. Try crab latkes, zucchini latkes and the classic potato latkes. Each will be topped with the traditional sour cream.
