You’ll be picked up from your Cebu City hotel for a scenic drive through the secluded highlands of Danao to Danasan Eco Adventure Park. You can select three activities and there’s so much there to choose. You can go wakeboarding. Be fitted with a life jacket and a board and then set out on a lake behind a speedboat. You’ll learn to stand, cruise and hop the wake in no time. You can hike up to the Danasan Peak and soak up the 360 degree panoramic views and the fresh mountain breezes.
The Park will give you a large dose of adventure, excitement and fun. You can try the Twin Tower adventure . Climb about 100 feet up one tower and then use a cable traverse to go to the other tower. Then rappel down the second tower.
You can take the 440 meter zipline ride. Explore the Park’s fascinating subterranean caves with stalactites. You’ll have to slither through some of the narrow parts and swim through other parts.
The Park’s undisputed star is the Skydrop. In a seat with harnesses you’ll be brought up to the top and be suspended 120 feet off the ground. You’ll get an awe inspiring bird’s eye view of the lush green Park and the river and lakes. And then you’ll plunge to the ground and get a swing just before you hit the ground. Not for the faint of heart.
If these activities don’t interest you, there’s also horseback riding, a waterfalls trek, ATV ride, a rope course, Sky Ride cable car, river tubing, root climbing, volleyball, baseball and tennis. There truly is something for everyone here.
