Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area

Planning a family vacation to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida?  Are you considering Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area?

Then you need to check out our video!  We made this video from a Disney World vacation we took a couple of weeks ago.  We stayed at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista and had a wonderful time.  You can see in the video below:

This is a wonderful choice for a hotel.  It is actually on Walt Disney World Resort property.  And it is a very short walk from Disney Springs.  Last time I was there, I was able to easily walk to restaurants at the Christmas Tree Trail.  The Christmas Tree Trail is wonderful, by the way.  You can see it for yourself below:

Great Features of Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs

In the video, you can see the room.  It was spacious enough for my family and had two comfortable queen beds.  You can also the lobby, which was beautifully decorated for the holidays.  We arrived on a Sunday and they had NFL Red Zone playing in the lobby, which I thought was a nice feature.

We had breakfast at the onsite at Sundial 24/7.  As the name implies, it is open around the clock.  This is a really wonderful feature in case you have to get up really early for an early flight or long drive home.  It’s also great if you get in late because of a delayed flight or got caught in Orlando traffic.  We had delicious donuts for breakfast, which you can see in the video.

And of course, we had to show you the hotel’s amazing pool!  Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort area really has an exceptional pool area.   It has a great swimming pool and jacuzzi for relaxation.  There’s even a kids’ aquatic playground for kids to splash and play around in.  And then a great poolside bar for us adults!

As I mentioned before, the hotel is on Walt Disney World Property.  It not owned by Disney but it is an official Disney Springs hotel.  And that means you get great perks you wouldn’t get it if you stayed offsite.  These perks include:

  • A dedicated bus system that comes every 30 minutes taking you to the theme parks
  • The ability to book a fastpass 60 days in advance
  • Extra magic hours, which means on select days you can come to the parks early or stay late

But you can spend a lot less at a stay at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs than you might at another Disney hotel.  And you get a lot of features other Disney hotels don’t have, like queen beds (all Disney value hotels have double beds) and the ability to quickly walk to Disney Springs.

Conclusion

So all of this makes Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort Area a very attractive choice for a hotel for a family Disney vacation.  My family definitely recommends it.  And if you want to save even more money on a stay here, click here.  You can save 28% by booking 1 or more nights.
