Hilton Barbados Resort is inviting you to celebrate New Year’s Eve with them. The resort will be offering special meals, activities, parties and more for the holiday season.
Lighthouse Terrace at Hilton Barbados Resort offers casual dining at its best. Enjoy dining indoors or choose outdoor beachfront seating overlooking the historic lighthouse.
On December 31, 2022, The Lighthouse Terrace will have a New Year’s Eve Gala Buffet Dinner. There will be live entertainment and will feature a cocktail mixologist. This will begin at 6:30 pm and will go until 10 am.
The Grille offers a specialty dining experience with the ambiance of an oceanside restaurant and the innovative cuisine by its award winning chefs.
Chef Willis and his team will be having a five course New Year’s Eve Dinner from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. A complimentary bottle of champagne will be given to each couple. There will be a Dessert Station and live entertainment.
La Cabana South will be having a New Year’s Eve Dinner and Party. There will be a champagne fountain. The party will feature an International Live DJ. This is happening on December 31, 2022, from 7 pm to 2 am.
The Water’s Edge Pool Bar is having a New Year’s Eve Party. Enjoy the best old year’s night experience from 9 pm to 1am. Enjoy a Live DJ and dancing. There will be a champagne menu and bar specials. Join in the DJ led midnight countdown to ring in the New Year. Then enjoy exciting fireworks to kick off 2023!
And, on January 1, 2023, there will be a New Year’s Breakfast Brunch from 7 am to 11 am. This spread will be happening at the Lighthouse Terrace.
Advance reservations are required for all of these events.
