Yesterday, we talked about the upcoming Mardi Gras event at Busch Gardens theme park in Williamsburg, Virginia.  We talked about all the great entertainment, shows, and beads.  We also talked about how to save money on tickets in our Busch Gardens Williamsburg Mardi Gras Guide.

But one thing we want to talk more about are the food and drinks.  They have a special menu during the festival.  There are over 40 menu items spread over eight different special locations throughout the park.

And it is quite a menu, as you are about to see for yourself.

BGW Mardi Gras Menu

Clancy’s Creations

  • New! Cajun Spiked Lemonade: House-made lemonade mixed with Tito’s vodka, Bacardi rum, and Tabasco.
  • Crawfish Étouffée: Crawfish tails served over rice and smothered in a rich Cajun-spiced sauce.
  • Fried Okra: Served with Creole mayo dipping sauce.
  • Catfish Po’boy (New!): Fried catfish fillet layered with tomato, lettuce, and remoulade on a French baguette.
  • Cajun Hushpuppies: Cheddar hushpuppies paired with spicy Cajun tartar sauce.
  • Seafood Gumbo: A Creole-spiced stew featuring chicken, crab, andouille sausage, and shrimp served with rice.
