How do you plan to celebrate Noche de San Juan this year?
Noche de San Juan, by the way, is also known as Saint John’s Eve. It is the celebration before the Feast Day of Saint John the Baptist. See, the Gospel of Luke states that John was born six months before Jesus, so the feast of John the Baptist has been fixed on June 24th. Noche de San Juan begins at sunset the day before on June 23rd. It is a very popular holiday in Puerto Rico where they celebrate a night-long celebration on June 23rd generally at the beach.
But your celebration doesn’t have to end here. And a great way to celebrate Noche de San Juan next week this year if you are in Orlando, Florida, is at Aquatica water park. You can celebrate the holiday then on their sandy beach area or in one of their wave pools.
And it just so happens that Aquatica has a special, one-night VIP event on Saturday, June 24th for Noche de San Juan! It takes place from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM. You can celebrate the holiday with some of your favorite DJs from your favorite radio stations RUMBA 100.3, MEGA 97.1, and ACCION 97.9.
The entire water park will be open. So you can enjoy everything you normally enjoy at Aquatica. You can see for yourself how great the water park is in our Aquatica walkthrough video:
So this should be a really fun night and a really special way to celebrate Noche de San Juan in Orlando, FL.
Noche de San Juan Aquatica Ticket Info
So this is a separate ticket event. This means even if you have a Fun Card or Annual Pass, you still need to purchase a separate ticket. You can purchase that ticket here.
Standard parking for the event is $10. Preferred parking is $15. You can get free parking, though, if you have an annual pass that includes free parking. If you are a Silver Pass member, you can get free general parking and if you are a Gold Pass or Platinum Pass member, you can get free preferred parking. I get free preferred parking with my annual pass and I love it. I don’t think I could go back to general parking now. And while the annual pass would not cover your admission to this event, you could use it on other visits to Aquatica. We go over all the reasons to be a SeaWorld pass holder here.
Now, you won’t have to worry about parking altogether if you are visiting from out of town and you stay at a hotel within walking distance like Doubletree Orlando at SeaWorld.
