Rapid City, South Dakota is a wonderful city to visit. I visited there before and had a great time. I was there in large part to see Mount Rushmore. Visiting the “Old West” town of Deadwood, Badlands National Park, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park are some of the other popular reasons to visit Rapid City.

WaTiki Waterpark is a wonderful indoor water park that’s the largest of its kind in South Dakota. In fact, it is over 30,000 square feet. My family was impressed by it the first time we visited.
For starters, I love that it is indoors. Weather is of course unpredictable anywhere, and that is true for Rapid City as well. When I was there it was pouring rain outside, but great inside the waterpark.
