Ninjacat Productions is presenting the Manitoba Metalfest. It will be held at The Park Theatre in Winnipeg on May 9, 2025, and May 10, 2025. The doors will open at 6 pm and the Metalfest will begin at 6:30 pm each night. And we can tell you about a way you can save money on this heavy metal extravaganza.
Obscura is this year’s festival headliner. They are a technical death metal band from Landshut, Germany. Their critically acclaimed second full length album, “Cosmogenesis,” propelled them into prominence in the genre. They’ve released 4 full length albums with the latest one being “Akroasis.” Obscura is known for playing technically and compositionally complex music. Several band members have studied music theory.
