It shouldn’t be a surprise to regular readers of this blog that I love the festivals at Epcot theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. It also should come as no surprise that I love the food and drinks you can get at the festival.
And this year during the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, I want to tell you about all the best (and worst) selections out there. I’ve already reviewed a number of the Outdoor Kitchens you can find throughout Epcot. This includes:
- Bauernmarkt in the Germay Pavilion
- Fleur de Lys in the France Pavilion
- Northern Bloom in the Canadian Pavilion
- La Isla Fresca
- Florida Fresh
- Brunchcot
And now I want to talk about the Outdoor Kitchen in the Italian Pavilion: Primavera Kitchen!
The location in the Italian Pavilion is great, too. There’s plenty of seating with umbrellas to keep you cool (which is good, because it can get hot this time of year in Florida!).
And you can enjoy the beautiful Italian Pavilion as well as the flowers up for the Flower and Garden Festival, including one of my favorite topiaries, the one of Lady and the Tramp.

Menu Review
So what did we think of the food and drinks here?
Well, let me start with Quattro Formaggi, because this was truly one of the most delicious things I ate at the whole festival.
Another dish I really liked was the Arrabbiata.
This was a really great dish. The shrimp, pasta, and tomato sauce tasted so good together. The shrimp especially was great. I will say, though, that the spicy tomato sauce was, in fact, quite spicy. It was the kind of sauce that left your mouth feeling very hot. I liked it, but if you don’t like that then I think you should pass on it.
Next I want to talk about the Bocconcini.
We liked it. The tomatoes especially were good.
But one thing I will say about this dish: it is not particularly filling. It is much more of a snack or side than a main dish. So keep that in mind if you order it.
But I will say this for the Bocconcini: you can’t beat the presentation. It is so fitting for the Flower & Garden Festival, don’t you think?
And finally I want to talk about the dessert, the Chocolate Cannoli.
It was absolutely delicious. It’s even better than it looks (and that is saying something!).
Now on to the drinks. We really liked the Prosecco.
Now, Prosecco is not a regular wine of my family, but we found it to be delicious. We highly recommend it.
Other drinks we liked were the Sauvignon Blanc and the Italian Mineral Water.
Seriously, the water was good and really helps you stay refreshed during a hot day in Orlando.
