Highlights of the Stone Mountain Park Christmas experience include:
Christmas Drone & Light Show
State-of-the-art projection and 250 color-changing drones make the Christmas Drone & Light Show at Stone Mountain Park magical. Beloved holiday and Christmas songs accompany the drones to further enhance the experience. It ends with a fireworks finale!
This begins at 8:20 PM, with two exceptions: it takes place at 7:20 PM on Christmas Eve and at 8:00 PM and New Year’s Eve.
Magical Flight to the North Pole
This is an immersive experience on the Summit Skyride. Your “flight” will take you to Santa’s Workshop at the North Pole. The experience even features a plotline where you need to help Santa and Mrs. Claus save Christmas!
Christmas Parade
See Santa, Mrs. Claus, and other beloved holiday characters during the Stone Mountain Christmas Parade.
The parade begins at 6:00 PM.
Enchanted Tree Lighting Ceremony
Santa makes his entrance and lights up the giant Christmas tree on Memorial Lawn at 6:30 PM. This ceremony also gives guests a chance to learn about Christmas traditions from around the world!
Musical Frosted Forest
You and your family can walk through a magical holiday forest. Be mesmerized by the Christmas lights and the wonderful holiday music! It takes place at the Memorial Hall Walkway.
Santa Visit
This is you or your child’s chance to talk to Santa Claus himself! Stop by his North Pole Office to meet with Santa.
Santa’s Big Flight
Santa’s office isn’t the only place you can get a glimpse of the Big Guy. Santa will fly overhead in his sleigh every night during the Enchanted Tree Ceremony!
This begins at 6:30 PM.
Santa’s Winter Wonderland
This walkthrough experience features snow, sparkling lights, and holiday music!
A Christmas Carol
See a funny take on Charles Dickens’ classic holiday tale, A Christmas Carol.
Dinosaur Explore: Jurassic Christmas
See what the dinosaurs at Stone Mountain Park are doing to celebrate Christmas this year. At night there is a special Christmas Dino Glow Experience.
4D Theater
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is a wonderful 4D movie experience.
MistleTAILS: Reindeer Games
Come and dance play over at Character Circle!
Mrs. Claus’ Cookie Kitchen
Guests ages 2 years old through 8 years old can enjoy a Chirstmas treat at Mrs. Claus’ Cookie Kitchen.
