Willkommen! Welcome to the 65th annual Deutsche Tage – German Days, one of the longest running ethnic festivals in St. Paul. The German American Institute (GAI) has this family friendly event on its grounds. The theme of this year’s festival is German innovation. It is focused on advocacy in education or sustainability.
Festival Hours
- Saturday, June 10, 2023, from 11 am to 9 pm
- Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 11 am to 5 pm
There will be live entertainment throughout the two day festival. Performers include

- Rivers Ballet
- Minnesanger Choir
- Edelweiss Dancers

- DJ ESP

Spaetzle will be provided by Venus Soups. The German American Institute will provide home baked cakes and tortes.
Beverages that can be purchased at German Days include Paulaner German beers on tap, German wines, German schnapps, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks.
Admission to German Days is free and it’s open to the public. There is free parking available on the street and also at St. Paul College.
