American HorrorPlex
Halloween is quickly approaching. And Halloween is a time where you like to get scared, right? Then if you’re in the Louisville, Kentucky area, you are going to want to head to American HorrorPlex!
American HorrorPlex is a great haunted attraction. It is brought to you by the creators of The Asylum Haunted Scream Park and The 7th Street Haunt. It is a spooky haunted house conveniently located in Central Louisville. They use props, actors in scary costumes & makeups, and other effects to create a terrifying experience.
This is a scary attraction so if you have children you might not want to take them. They don’t have a specific age requirement. But they do recommend not to take kids under the age of 10 years old. They let you use your judgment so if you know your kid doesn’t scare easily, then you are absolutely welcome to take them!
A really great thing about American HorrorPlex is, unlike some haunted houses, they have worked hard to make this attraction handicap accessible. Just let someone at the ticket booth and the entrance of the attraction know of any special instructions if you have any. It’s also recommended that you arrive earlier in the night, ideally 15 minutes prior to the opening time, as it should be less crowded then.
American Horrorplex opened back on September 15, 2023. It will run through November 4, 2023. It will run every Friday and Saturday night from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. It is both an indoor and outdoor event. Flash photography (including from your cell phone) is not allowed.
