Summer Restaurant Week in Charlotte begins on July 22, 2022, and will run through July 31, 2022. Charlotte chefs showcase their talents and foodies can try new restaurants and get some good deals. Participating restaurants will offer dinners for $35, $40 and $45 per person. So get out there, expand your palate and dig in!


Forchetta is an Italian restaurant with handcrafted pasta dishes. Chef Luca Annunziata received the Zagat Platinum Award for Excellence. He’s a recent Food Network’s Chopped Champion.

The Restaurant Week 3 Course Prix Fixe dinner includes

First Course – Choice of 1

  • Pork Belly with Compressed Watermelon, Pickled Summer Giardiniera, Peanut Butter and Basil Oil
  • Piccolo Tagliere Dello Chef – Siano Buffalo Mozzarella, Pistachios, Grille SC Strawberry, Arugula Salad, Vincotto and Piadina Bread
  • Baby Gem Lettuce – Cured Bresaola, Oven Roasted Heirloom Cherry Tomato, Goat Cheese, Crispy Shallot, Creamy Whole Grain Mustard Emulsion
  • Fagottini ($10 Supplement) – Stuffed Crepe Purses with Maine Lobster and Mascarpone, Baked with Vodka Sauce and Parmesan Cheese
  • Calamari ($9 Supplement) – Tossed in a Jalapeno Honey Citrus Butter

Main Course – Choice of 1

  • Pan Seared Duck Breast with Roasted Purple Potatoes, Eggplant Caponata, Wilted Spinach, Rosemary and Onion Soubise
  • Pork Chop alla Plancia – Polenta Fries, Organic Kale Salad, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Peperonata and Lemon Aioli
  • Pan Fried NC Trout with Pesto, Sun Dried Tomato Couscous, Roasted Asparagus, Urban Farms Sauteed Mushroom and Tomato Coulis
  • House Made Casarecce Pasta – Neapolitan San Marzano Ragu, Short Ribs, Pork Belly, Shaved Parmesan and Micro Basil
  • 12 oz. Grilled Ribeye ($18 Supplement) with Savory Bread Pudding, Sauteed Haricots Verts, Fried Egg and Red Wine Demi


  • Blackberry Bread Pudding with Caramel Creme Anglaise and 5 Spice Chantilly
  • Berry Panna Cotta with Almond Biscotti and Mint Basil Syrup
  • Cheesecake – Cannoli Flavored and topped with Strawberry Coulis

Pricing is $45 per person.

Estampa Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is the signature restaurant in Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown. They specialize in several different cuts of meat, prepared the gaucho way and served Rodizio style on skewers.
