What better place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than the Emerald City? Seattle will be at its greenest over the long St. Patrick’s Day weekend with one celebration after another!
The 55th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade will be happening on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 12:30 pm. The parade starts at Fourth Avenue and James in downtown Seattle and heads north to Westlake Park. You’ll see Irish dancers, marching bands, bagpipers, colorful floats, drill teams, Irish community groups, leprechauns and so much more. There will be approximately 2,000 parade participants celebrating the Patron Saint of Ireland.
The Irish Festival Seattle
The two day Irish Festival Seattle celebrates Irish culture and heritage. This will be held at the Seattle Center on March 14 and 15, 2026. The celebration will have music, dance, art, language and history. Admission is free and it is open to the public. The festival welcomes everyone to connect to the Irish community and join in the fun!
Visitors can enjoy traditional Irish food, whiskey tasting, an Irish bar, live performances, cultural exhibits, genealogy advice, Irish dancing, Tin whistle classes, Digital Art Exhibition, lecture series and activities for all ages.

Seattle Kraken Irish Heritage Night
On March 17, 2026, the Seattle Kraken will take on the Tampa Bay Lightning. That will also be the night the Kraken will celebrate Irish Heritage Night. If you would like to join in the sea of green in the Climate Pledge Arena, purchase your ticket here and you can save $19 on each ticket.
