See giant dinosaurs come to life at Jurassic Quest Drive Thru in Glendale, Arizona from August 27 to September 5, 2021. The Gila River Arena is being transformed into a prehistoric park. Be prepared to be thrilled and delighted.
What To Expect
Drive back in time over 60 million years to see what it was like when dinosaurs roamed the planet. A true to life sized Tyrannosaurus Rex will tower over your car. Marvel at the Spinosaurus, the largest predatory dinosaur to ever walk the earth. You’ll ride through the Cretaceous Period, the Jurassic Period and the Triassic Period, learning about the dinosaurs in each period.
Each dinosaur took months to create. They are made of layers of foam placed over an animatronic metal frame. Motors inside the dinosaurs make them move. These dinosaurs can turn their heads, swing their tails and some of them can walk.
Top paleontologists were consulted to make sure each dinosaur was accurately portrayed. These incredibly realistic dinosaurs are true in size and detail. Some have scales while others have fur or feathers.
You’ll see over 70 realistic animatronic dinosaurs. Watch these prehistoric creatures move and roar. They are thrilling, but not scary at all.
See the carnotaurus with spies all over its body and horns on its head. Marvel at Apatosaurus with its long neck reaches 40 feet high. See the chicken sized Microraptor and the turkey sized Psittacosaurus.
The baby Tyrannosaurus Rex is adorable. You’ll see Veloraptors, Dilophosaurus, Troodon, Triceratops, Megalodon, Pterodaustro and so many more.
On your drive through the world of dinosaurs, you’ll have your own digital audio tour guide to tell you exactly what you’re seeing. It features dinosaur wranglers and show entertainers. This fascinating guide will last about an hour, like the ride. You’ll hear about the history of dinosaurs and the places they lived.
