Now is the time to celebrate Disney Enchanted Christmas!
This is the festive 2023-2024 Christmas event at Disneyland Paris. And between now and 7 January, there are so many fun things to do at the theme parks during the Christmas season! We’re going to go over these activities in this Disneyland Paris Christmas guide. And then you can click here to get your tickets to the parks!
Disneyland Paris Christmas Parade 2023
Another fan favorite will be returning this year, Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade. This holiday parade first debuted a couple of years ago. And last year, it won the Brass Ring Award for Most Creative Christmas/Holiday Show 2022, which is given out by The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).
The Christmas parade features festive floats, a catchy song (“Shine a Light!”), and popular characters like Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Tinker Bell, Disney Princesses and more. You can even see Santa Claus himself! Please note that Santa only makes an appearance in the parade until 25 December. After Christmas, he’ll certainly want to enjoy some well-earned time off!
The Christmas parade will be held more than once a day, which allows you to enjoy both a daytime and nighttime version. Speaking of the night version, it includes the added treat of seeing Disney characters lighting up the 24-meter-high Christmas tree in the Town Square!
Disneyland Paris Christmas Show
Also back this year is Let’s Sing Christmas!, an upbeat Christmas show at Videopolis Theater (located in Discoveryland). Sing some of your favorite holiday carols along with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, and Daisy. And one of the highlights is “All I Want for Christmas is Mickey,” as performed by Minnie Mouse!
Disney Characters
You’ll have the chance to see some of your favorite Disney characters in festive outfits, including Winnie the Pooh, Jack Skellington from the Nightmare Before Christmas, and Stitch dressed up as Santa Claus! You can even meet Santa Claus at Disneyland Park until 25 December.
Christmas Food
During your trip to Disneyland Paris, you’ll certainly want to try some of the seasonal food items available.
These Christmas treats include:
- Mickey’s Snowflake Bake at L’Arbre Enchanté (Fantasyland, Disneyland Park)
- Sweet Potato and Lobster Soup at Plaza Gardens Restaurant (Main Street USA, Disneyland Park)
- Mickey’s Christmas Waffle at Victoria’s Home-Style Restaurant (Main Street USA, Disneyland Park)
- Spiced Apple Warmer at Billy Bob’s Country Western Saloon (Disney Village)
- Hot Choc Cream Tree at Redwood Bar and Lounge (Disney Sequoia Lodge)
Other Christmas Things to Do
Looking for more fun things to do during the holiday season at Disneyland Paris?
Be sure to stop by La Boutique du Château in Fantasyland! It’s a medieval-style boutique that sells Christmas themed merchandise year round. And you can also find excellent gift ideas at stores all over Disneyland Paris.
At Walt Disney Studios Park, you won’t want to miss L’Hiver Gourmand. This is a European-inspired winter food market with some delicious offerings.
And at both parks as well as the Disney Hotels, take in the beautiful Christmas decorations.
