Kings Dominion theme park in Doswell, Virginia, is the place to go for spooky frights this Halloween season. Their Halloween Haunt event has haunted mazes, scare zones, live shows, and more. - MonsterCon presented by M&Ms: Ever wonder what would happen in movie monsters came alive at a horror convention? See for yourself over in Old Virginia
Scare Zones
- The Catacombs: Beneath the Eiffel Tower is a secret vampire nightclub
- Site X: The ancient pit at Jungle X-Pedition is full of infectious secrets.
- Masquerade: At this masked ball over in Shade Arbor, every dance could truly be the last dance
- Cleaver Brothers Carnival: What once was a thriving carnival took a dark turn after a dark pact with an ancient entity. You’ll find this scare zone over in Candy Apple Grove.
- Pumpkin Eater: The haunted woods in Old Virginia are home to pumpkin-headed spirits and a rage-filled killer farmer.
Live Shows
- Blood Reign: A Queen Majesty rising to power could be a good thing, but not so much when she summons loyal monsters to take over the park. This show takes place at the Bandstand.
- Terror Rising: This high-energy show at the Bandstand features a band, dancers, lights, and a lot of fear.
- Black Widow Burlesque: Enjoy incredible performers at Candy Apple Grove, but do keep in mind that the spiders here do indeed bite.
