LEGOLAND California Brick or Treat is a kid-friendly Halloween event at LEGOLAND theme park in Carlsbad, CA. Learn more about it including how to get a coupon.

There are a lot of fun activities & festivities at LEGOLAND California during Brick or Treat that aren’t available during regular operating hours. We want to tell you about them before we tell you more about that coupon.
Brick-or-Treat
This is the one place to go to Brick-or-Treat. And truthfully, it is just trick-or-treating.
But first of all, trick-or-treating is awesome. So that is nothing to sniff at.
And secondly, it’s pretty neat to be able to trick-or-treat in a theme park. This makes it a really safe place to trick-or-treat.
V.I.M. Costume Party
Lord Vampyre is inviting all young guests to compete in the V.I.M. Costume Contest and Party.
First of course, you’ll need a Halloween costume for your child. You can find great Halloween costumes here.

4D Movie: The Great Monster Chase
What happens when a group of four tweens want to see if they can sneak into a monster party? You’ll see in this new LEGOLAND 4D movie which was specially made for the spooky season!
Entertainment & Live Shows
The 4-D movie isn’t the only entertainment that is brand new for the Brick-or-Treat event.
- Zombie Cheer Crew: LEGOLAND’s team of Zombie Cheerleaders show you their cheer tryouts. This year it will be in at the Fun Town Stage.
- The Monster Rock Off: The LEGO Monsters of Rock will be performing iconic rock n’ roll music in this show
- Skeleton Brass Band: The Brick-Or-Treat Brass Band will be playing chilling tunes.
- Once Upon A Brick: The Tale of the Wolf Guy: Learn about the monster Wolf Guy. Warning: This story can get pretty hairy.
Special Attractions
There are other special attractions that are perfect for Halloween, too.
- The Dragon: Roarsome Halloween Adventure: The popular Dragon Coaster is reimagined for the Halloween season, where the ride takes you through LEGO ghosts, bats & spiders
- Department of Monster Vehicles: Another ride redesigned for the Halloween season, where you’ll steer around candy cones & enjoy Halloween sounds and lighting
- Ghost Cruise: The classic Coast Cruise is also getting a Halloween makeover; in this case, it will become a Ghost Cruise full of tricks and giggles!
- Prehistoric Pumpkin Patch: Speaking of Halloween transformations, T-Rex Guy has turned Dino Valley into his very own fall festival!
- LEGO Halloween Tree: Christmas isn’t the only holiday season with a tree at LEGOLAND! They have a 17-foot Halloween tree (made of LEGOs of course – over 680,000 LEGOS, actually)
- Potion Mischief Light Trail: A walkthrough experience at an enchanted forest full of dazzling lights, interactive stations & plenty of fun Halloween surprises!
- Spider Lady’s Spiderling Build: What is LEGOLAND without building things with LEGOs? You can build your very own LEGO spider and add it to Spider Lady’s web over at Castle Hill.
- Wacky Witch’s Missing Potion Scavenger Hunt: Wacky Witch needs your help. Seven of her potions have gone missing, and she needs your help to track them down. You can even win this year’s commemorative Brick!
- Monster Security Checkpoint: LEGOLAND California will be keeping their eye out for anyone who is not a monster!
- Halloween Mural: All new this year is a Halloween mural, where you can be the artist and add to the LEGO mural piece
