We’ve talked before on this blog about Knott’s Scary Farm in Southern California, a thrilling event held at Knott’s Berry Farm that is great for spooking older kids, teens and adults, but have you heard of Knott’s Spooky Farm? Knott’s Spooky Farm also takes place at Knott’s Berry Farm but during the day, and is a more family friendly event aimed at kids between the ages of 3 to 11 years old. It takes place on Saturdays and Sundays from September 29th through October 28th as well as Wednesday October 31st during the day and is included in your admission (and you can get discounted admission for Knott’s Berry Farm through Reserve Los Angeles). - Trick-or-treating: Trick-or-treating is available throughout Ghost Town!
- Timber Mountain Log Ride Halloween Hootenanny: This popular ride will get a Halloween twist, with the ride’s interior featuring fun surprises. An original song by Krazy Kirk and the Hillbillies will play and you’ll splash down Skull Mountain through a labyrinth of jack-o-lanterns.
- “A Trip to Camp Spooky” on the Grand Sierra Railroad: 2D and 3D Halloween themed characters as well as effects are added to this popular ride.
- Pumpkin Patch: For an added fee, you can decorate your own pumpkin at Calico Park!
- The Monsters Are Coming, Charlie Brown: You can sing & dance along to Halloween tunes during this Charlie Brown & PEANUTS show.
- Peanuts Costume Contest: You can come to Camp Snoopy Theatre to show off your Halloween costume at the Peanuts Costume Contest & join PEANUTS characters in a Peanuts Dance Party afterwards!
- Creepy Critters of Calico: Stanley Scarecrow has graciously opened the Livery Stable so guests of all ages can get up close & personal with the Creepy Critters of Calico.
