Celebrate your love on February 13, 14 and 15, 2026, in the Harvest Room with a three-course or five-course dining experience. Each course invites you to savor the moment

Valentine’s Day Dinner
Pricing is $129 per guest, and a five-course dinner is $199 per person. For Wine Pairing, add $49 per guest.
The Confederation Lounge
Savor a three course dinner served in a sharing tower on February 13, 14 and 15, 2026, from 4 pm to 10 pm. This will be paired with two chilled glasses of Billecart Salmon Champagne.

Tier One
- Rosti Potato & Caviar with Chive Crusted Rosti Potato, Chive Emulsion and Ossetra Caviar
- Champagne Poached Prawns with Marie Rose Sauce and Charred Lemon Cheeks
Tier Two
- Alberta Roasted Lamb Rack with Farro Arancini, Honey Roasted Baby Heirloom Carrots and Caramelized Yogurt
Tier Three
- Alberta Beef Tenderloin with Atlantic Scallops, Cremini Walnut Crumble, Seasoned Wilted Greens, Celeriac Puree, Butter and Poached Potatoes
Dessert
- Strawberry and Cream gateau with Strawberry Vanilla Ganache, Fresh Berries and Mint Gel
- Petit Fours with Honey Truffles, Raspberry Macaron and Blood Orange Cider

Confederate Lounge regular menu will also be available over Valentine’s Day weekend.
Sweetheart Afternoon Tea
Enjoy Sweetheart Afternoon Tea every Saturday and Sunday in February. Indulge in a selection of the finest loose leaf tea served with finger sandwiches, fine pastries and their famous house made Fairmont Hotel Macdonald scones.
Pricing is $89 per person.
