Waterworld in Stoke on Trent in the Midlands is often regarded as the best indoor tropical aqua park in the United Kingdom. While they have an outdoor pool you can enjoy in the summer, the indoor waterpark is open year-round so no matter the weather, you can enjoy a day at Waterworld. The water park is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year.
So if you have not been before, what are you waiting for? If it’s a good deal, then keep reading. Because I am going to tell you about one.
But first, I want to tell you about some of the attractions that make Waterworld so popular.
Attractions
Hurricane
Hurricane is a slide attraction that not only features speeds of up to 17 miles per hour, but also lighting effects while you make your descent down the slide!
Stormchaser
Stormchaser is Waterworld’s longest ride. As you make your way through the loops of the ride, you’ll go from pitch-black darkness to colourful flashing lights.
Nucleus
Nucleus was Waterworld’s very first water rollercoaster – and it holds up very well today. This ride takes you up and down for 375 feet.
Family Multi Slide
You may not think a day at an aqua park would bring out your competitive side. Well, think again. You can compete against your friends and family in side-by-side slides on this attraction.
Cyclone
This popular attraction is quite the thrill. It is one of the fastest rides at Waterworld with speeds of up to 19 miles per hour. It culminates in your rubber ring getting thrust into an inward-spiralling dome.
Super Flume
Slide into darkness while you experience twists and turns.
Space Bowl
In this fun ride, you’ll take a flume ride into a Space Bowl, get turned upside down, and then you’ll plunge into the water.
The Python
This recently refurbished slide is as slithery as a python!
Black Hole
This is Waterworld’s darkest downhill slide.
Twister White Knuckle Ride
This body slide features many twists and turns.
Wave Pool
This is an attraction that all ages can enjoy. You can enjoy smaller, gentler waves on the edge, or waves reaching heights of 1.4 meters deeper into the water. You will feel like you are in the ocean.
The Rapids
This is an attraction like a lazy river, but with a bit more of a thrill as you can let the rapids push you right along.
Bubble Pools
Kick back and relax in the bubble pools. One is located in the middle of Waterworld and the other is in the middle of Tornado Alley and The Rapids.
Interactive Jungle House
This is a great attraction for toddler guests. It features five water cannons, a monsoon monster splash, rope bridges, rope swings, a tunnel, two flumes, and slides.
Discount Code
Okay, so I am sure you are anxious for me to tell you how to save money on your ticket. And while you might want a discount code, I think we can all agree an automatic discount would be preferable. That way, you don’t have to waste your time in typing or cutting and pasting in a code.
So you can get an automatic discount here. You’ll save up to 21% on water park entry. No discount code or promo code is needed as, once again, the coupon is automatic.
