Prepare to paint St. Lauderdale green on Saturday, March 8, 2026! That’s the day of the Fort Lauderdale St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival. This is Southern Florida’s biggest celebration of all things Irish and thousands of people will be coming to downtown Fort Lauderdale for this one-of-a-kind celebration. And they’ll all have a shamrockin’ great time!
The parade will begin at noon. It will travel east on Las Olas Boulevard from Huzenga Plaza to SE 9th Avenue.
St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival
- 11 am – Festival begins
- 11:30 am – Mayor’s welcome & Irish blessing
- 12 pm – Parade begins
- 1:30 pm – Mudmen
- 3 pm – Aranmore Academy of Irish Dance Performance
- 3:15 pm – Police Pipe & Drums Corps
- 3:30 pm – Duke Academy of Irish Dance Performance
- 3:45 pm – Dueling Accordion Band
- 5 pm – Ode to the Cranberries
You’ll see colorfully decorated floats, Irish dancers, marching bands, Pipe & Drums Corps, classic cars, street performers, Clydesdale horses, leprechauns, lots and lots of green and so much more!
The St. Patrick’s Day Festival will be held at Tunnel Top Plaza on Las Olas Boulevard and SE 6th Avenue. It will begin at 11 am and go until 7 pm and it’s free. You can enjoy cultural activities and interactive games. There will be a Kids Zone with games and activities for children.
Vendors will be there with arts, crafts and merchandise, making for a great shopping experience. Delicious Irish food and beverages will be available for purchase.
