Frankie Valli came to fame as the lead vocalist of the Four Seasons. Their recording of “Sherry” hit Number 1 in 1962 and was their first big hit. The group had 30 Top 40 hits.

The original Four Seasons consisted of Frankie Valli, Tommy DeVito, Bob Gaudie, and Nick Massi. Bob Gaudie is retired and Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi are no longer with us.
Frankie Valli went solo and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” reached Number 2 on the charts. In 1975, his single “My Eyes Adored You” reached Number 1 in the U.S. and Number 5 in the U.K. Other solo hits include “Grease,” “Save Me, Save Me” and “Fancy Dancer.”
Frankie Valli continued to tour, sing and record in the 80s and 90s. The original members of the Four Seasons were inducted into the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame in 1990 and the Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 1999.
In 2005, the musical Jersey Boys opened on Broadway. It featured biological narratives of each of the Four Seasons and many performances of their hit recordings. It won 4 Tony Awards. The musical has touring companies around the world.
Today, Frankie Valli is 88 years old and he’s still touring and singing. The current Four Seasons are Robby Robinson on keyboard and Ronen Bay, Craig Cady, Aaron Alexander Gordon and Noah Rivera on backing vocals. Frankie Valli was packing concert halls in the 1960s and he still is in 2023.
