Stockton’s Pop Culture Convention Winter is coming to the Stockton Arena on February 25 and 26, 2023. This is a celebration of comics, games, toys, collectibles, card games, anime, science fiction, television, movies, manga and funko pops.
Exhibitors will be at the convention, showcasing their products. Treat yourself to exclusive fandom gear and or unique art. You’ll see comics, toys, collectibles, pictures and much more.
StocktonCon would like to raise awareness of outstanding artists in the San Joaquin Valley area. The convention will have Artists Alley with local artists displaying their works.
There will be two costume contests, one for adults (ages 13 and up) and one for youth (12 and under). There will be a prize pool of nearly $1,000 in total cash prizes, so be prepared to show off your best pop culture costume. For help with your costume, click here.
Celebrity Guests
Celebrity guests will be at the convention, including
- James Edward Olmos is an actor who’s known for “Miami Vice,” “Stand & Deliver,” “American Me,” “Battlestar Galactica,” “Blade Runner” and Mayans MC.”
- Rob Van Dam – WWE Champion, an actor and a radio personality
- Patrick Fabian is and actor and voice over artist and is known for “Saved By The Bell,” “The Last Exorcism,” “Driver X,” “Twitches” and “Grey’s Anatomy.”
- John Morrison is an actor, a professional wrestler and is best known for his WWE Impact Wrestling and Lucha Underground.
- Rob Paulsen is a singer and voice actor. He’s known for voicing Raphael in the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” Yakko Warner in “Animaniacs,” Pinky in “Pinky and the Brain” and Carl Wheezer is “Johnny Newton: Boy Genius.”
- Diamond Dallas Page is a retired WWE Champion, actor and radio host.
- Maurice LaMarche is a Canadian comedian and voice over actor. He’s known for voicing Brain in “Animaniacs” and Pinky in “Pinky and the Brain” and a number of characters in “Futurama.”
- Johnny Young is a voice over artist and an actor. He’s the voice over actor for Crypto, Dae-hyun, Min-Gi Park and others.
- Phil Morris – His credits include “Star Trek III: The Search For Spock,” “Smallville,” “Doom Patrol,” “Mission: Impossible” and “Ghosts of the Ozarks.”
- Dwayne Cameron – New Zealand actor who played Tyzonn in “Power Rangers” and Bray in “The Tribe.” He was also in “Mr. and Mrs. Murder” and “Legend of the Seeker.”
- Mela Lee is a voice over artist, known for voicing Rin Tohsaka, Rena Ryuugu and Rachel Alucard.
- Aikishi is a wrestler in the WWE.
- Alejandro Saab is a voice actor who is known to voice Yuri, Uno and Izumi Miyamura, Takezo Kurata in “Kono Ono Tomare!” and Tamotsu in “Akiba’s Trip: The Animation.”
