Appetizer
- Wild Tuna Carpaccio with blood orange, young fennel and caviar cream
Entree
- Lobster “Thermidor” with saffron tarragon, herb and tender green salad
- Colorado Lamb Loin with crisp potato terrine, spinach puree and candied heirloom beets
- Filet Mignon with slow cooked potatoes, red king crab and parsley puree
Experiential Dessert
- Crisp white chocolate milk chocolate feuilletine and griotte cherries
After the entree, an elegant Sazerac box will be brought to your table. It will contain a blindfold. Your love will be blindfolded. Dessert will be brought to the table and you will feed your love the extravagant white and milk chocolate feuilletine with griotte cherries. Chef Gordon recommends pairing the dessert with Veuve Clicquot. What an incredibly romantic dinner!
