The second includes dancers from Ballet Chicago’s current roster. They’ll tape 12 restaged & socially distanced dances at the Athenaeum Theatre. They then will insert these dances into existing historic footage to create the full-length Nutcracker. That will also be streamed through Zoom.

Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker Christmas Stream
The Moscow Ballet’s Great Russian Nutcracker can still be seen this year – and you can do it from the safety of your home! In addition to seeing this beautiful ballet, the stream features extras. The San Jose Nutcracker: Short and Sweet — Livestream
You can watch this from anywhere, but this is a Nutcracker production unique to San Jose, California. It features sections of Tchaikovsy’s beloved Nutcracker score performed live in a creative two-piano arrangement. It will also include historical references to the heritage of Santa Clara Valley. It is a great way to see San Jose dancers perform this beloved ballet but from the safety of your home.
