This December, you can get into the Spirit at Banham Zoo Banham Zoo is putting on its special Christmas event, called Christmas At The Zoo! Christmas at the Zoo! has lots of festive activities that are fun for adults and children. We want to highlight some of these special festivities. I’ll also tell you how to save money on your visit with a discount ticket.
But first, the activities.
Penguin Grotto
Looking to meet Santa before Christmas? Did you know that you can find Father Christmas at Banham Zoo?
He’ll be at the Penguin Grotto, and you’ll get a chance to step inside his cosy log cabin and get a photo with Santa.
Each child who visits Father Christmas at Penguin Grotto even gets a special gift!
Christmas Train Ride
There are beautiful Christmas lights and decorations all over Banham Zoo. One way to appreciate them is to take the Christmas train around the zoo!
Live Stage Show
Brand new this year is the live Christmas stage show, featuring pantomime-style performances, music, laughter, and lots of Christmas cheer.
The Grinch
On one special day (December 13th), you can meet the Grinch!

Banham Zoo is on Kenninghall Road in Banham, Norfolk. It is about a ten-minute drive from Attleborough Station.
