Disney’s Beach Club is one of my favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotels in Orlando, Florida. Not only is it beautiful everywhere you look, from the color of the rooms & buildings to the great landscaping. But it has an amazing pool complex with a lazy river and it is within walking distance to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios!
If you’ve ever wanted to stay here but was worried that the cost might be too expensive, don’t worry. I’ve got 5 ways that can help you save money on your trip that could make taking a family vacation at the Beach Club at Disney World affordable.
Book Through David’s Vacation Club Rentals
The cheapest way I have found to stay at the deluxe Disney rooms is by staying at the Disney vacation club rental rooms. You don’t have to be a Disney Vacation member to do this
If you book through David’s Vacation Club Rentals, you can stay at a fraction of the price. Once upon a time, I used to book through Disney’s websites whenever I would stay at the Beach Club to take advantage of my passholder discount. But I have saved hundreds of dollars my last few times staying here by booking a DVC room. And once again, I am not a DVC member.

Book Through Priceline
So remember how I said I used to book through Disney’s website to take advantage of my passholder discounts? Well, as it turns out, there is a rate cheaper than a passholder discount. And that is the rate you can get through Priceline. The discounted rates aren’t always available but when they are, you’ll save money.
Now, it is cheaper if you book through David’s Vacation Club Rentals. But if there is no room available during the timeframe you want for your trip, Priceline should be the next place you look.
Book a Vacation Package
Booking a room at the Beach Club isn’t going to be the only expense of your trip. So if you want to save money on your overall trip to justify spending money on a stay at the Beach Club, you’d love to save money on your overall trip.
One way to do that is with a vacation package. By booking your stay at the Beach Club along with your Disney World theme park tickets, flight to Orlando, or car rental, you can save a lot of money. We tell you about some great Disney World Orlando vacation packages.
Pick an Off-Peak Time
If you still can’t find a good price for the Beach Club, consider choosing a different time where the prices are lower, such as during the week rather than the weekend or early December rather than close to Christmas, etc.
Look On Kayak
If all that fails, try looking for rates through Kayak. Every now and then you might find a good rate for Beach Club that way that you didn’t find in the above options.
